If you believe content hosted by CloudMySite infringes your copyright, send a notice to CloudMySite's designated copyright agent.
Your notice should include:
CloudMySite may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material, notify the affected user where appropriate, preserve relevant records, and take other steps required or permitted by law.
If you receive a takedown notice and believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice as permitted by law. A counter-notice should include the information required by the DMCA and should be sent to the designated copyright agent.
CloudMySite may terminate or restrict accounts, workspaces, sites, deployments, stores, newsletters, forms, or other Services used by repeat infringers or users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.
