Rules for responsible use of CloudMySite hosting, AI tools, newsletters, forms, APIs, domains, workspaces, and infrastructure.
You may not use CloudMySite Services to violate any law, regulation, court order, third-party right, privacy right, publicity right, or intellectual property right. You are responsible for your websites, newsletters, forms, stores, campaigns, prompts, files, APIs, integrations, and customer-facing content.
You may not send spam, unauthorized marketing, phishing, malware, ransomware, deceptive email, malicious files, credential harvesting campaigns, botnet traffic, proxy abuse, command-and-control infrastructure, vulnerability scanning without authorization, or attack tools through the Services.
You may not upload, import, send to, or process purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, guessed, or unauthorized subscriber lists. You must have valid permission, consent, or another lawful basis for every subscriber or recipient and must honor unsubscribes, suppression lists, bounces, complaints, and applicable email laws.
You may not infringe copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other rights. You may not impersonate another person or business, misrepresent affiliation, spoof sender identity, publish deceptive product claims, fabricate testimonials, or mislead users about who operates a site, store, campaign, or form.
You may not interfere with CloudMySite infrastructure, provider accounts, networks, email reputation, APIs, security systems, or other users. You may not abuse trials, credits, promotions, referrals, affiliate programs, automation, resource limits, rate limits, or plan quotas.
You may not publish or distribute hate, harassment, threats, doxxing, non-consensual intimate content, child sexual abuse material, terrorist or extremist content, or content that promotes violence, exploitation, abuse, self-harm, or unlawful conduct.
You may not sell, promote, or facilitate illegal or highly regulated goods or services without required approvals, including controlled substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, illegal financial products, unlawful gambling, or products restricted by applicable law or provider rules.
CloudMySite may investigate, rate limit, suspend, remove, disable, report, preserve evidence, or terminate content, accounts, deployments, domains, email sending, forms, APIs, integrations, or workspaces when necessary to enforce this policy, protect users, protect infrastructure, comply with law, or reduce legal/security/reputation risk.
