If you cancel your hosting package within 30 days, you will be refunded for the hosting services, but the domain registration fee will not be refunded. You may transfer the domain to another registrar after the mandatory holding period (usually 60 days).

Compensation, however, does not apply to downtimes caused by force majeure events, maintenance, or user fault.

CloudMySite reserves the right to schedule maintenance for servers, infrastructure, and systems. While we strive to perform maintenance during off-peak hours, certain critical updates may result in downtime. Clients will be notified ahead of scheduled maintenance whenever possible.
